Law and Public Safety Day

In collaboration with the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, the Alliance for Education offers a Law and Public Safety Pathway Day for students interested in law enforcement careers. This immersive experience provides future peace officers with hands-on exposure to various careers, demonstrations, and real-world applications in law enforcement.

 

Throughout the day, students will engage with law enforcement personnel from across the county, gaining deeper insights into life at the police academy, investigative divisions, and the cutting-edge technologies used in crime prevention. Leaders from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department will guide students through various topics and demonstrations, including SWAT and volunteer forces, homicide investigations, coroner’s office operations, and scientific investigation techniques.

 

These law enforcement-focused days will be offered in both fall 2024 and spring 2025, providing valuable opportunities for students to explore and engage with the law enforcement community.
