Mock Trial

MOCK TRIAL COMPETITION 2024-2025

The Mock Trial Program is a collaborative between the offices of the San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools and the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office. The Mock Trial Program provides students the working knowledge of legal institutions and the judicial system. Students research the case developed by Teach Democracy and prepare for trial competition. Presiding Judges, Prosecutors, Public Defenders, and Private Attorneys volunteer their expertise and time to provide guidance to teams competing and preside over and score the competition.

If your school's Mock Trial Team intends to participate in the 2024-2025 San Bernardino County Mock Trial Competition, complete and submit the 2024-2025 Intent to Participate form no later than Friday, September 6, 2024.
