About the Program

SBC ROP’s asynchronous, self-paced Online Paraeducator Program is designed for adults interested in exploring a career in education. This flexible online program supports career exploration and includes review of foundational skills that are commonly required in educational settings.

Participants review foundational English Language Arts and Mathematics skills while gaining insight into the responsibilities and expectations of the paraeducator role. The self-paced format allows you to learn and complete modules on your schedule.

This program is intended as a professional learning and skill review resource. It does not replace, waive, or satisfy any official district or state testing requirement.
