Grant Technical Assistance

Workforce SBCSS provides comprehensive grant technical assistance to support the success of Career Technical Education (CTE) initiatives across San Bernardino County. Through workshops, individualized consultations, and resource development, we assist districts and schools in developing competitive proposals that advance high-quality CTE programs, align with regional labor market needs, and meet grant funding priorities. Our team also offers guidance on program design, data reporting, and long-term funding strategies to promote sustainability and scalability. To further enhance program quality, Workforce SBCSS builds and sustains partnerships with community colleges, industry leaders, and educational partners to support strong, future-focused CTE pathways.

2024 - 2025 CTE Grant Workshop Series
Workforce SBCSS implemented an annual CTE Grant Workshop Series to provide targeted support at every stage of the grant lifecycle. The first three sessions of the 2024 - 2025 series focused on writing strong applications, managing awarded funds, and reporting outcomes. Each workshop offered practical tools, real-world examples, and guidance tailored to the unique needs of CTE programs across San Bernardino County.
