Community Health Worker Training

San Bernardino County Regional Occupational Program (ROP), in partnership with El Sol Neighborhood Educational Center, offers a comprehensive Community Health Worker (CHW) course designed specifically for adult learners. This course equips individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to serve as effective health educators and advocates within our communities, addressing the unique health needs and challenges of San Bernardino County. Participants will have access to the latest tools and resources in the field, along with ongoing support and guidance throughout the course.

Upon completion, participants will be well-prepared to pursue a career as a community health worker or to enhance their effectiveness in their current role as a health educator or advocate. This course is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about improving the health and well-being of our communities.
