The IT Essentials/A+ Certification course introduces the skills needed to help meet the growing demand for entry-level Information, Communications, and Technology (ICT) professionals. This course covers the fundamentals of PC technology, networking, and security, and covers the skills and competency required for the A+ CompTIA™ exam. This course is designed as a hybrid delivery model that includes hands-on practice with online and blended learning. Students in this project will be provided instructional materials, ancillary texts, and resources.
The course is limited to high school teachers in San Bernardino and Riverside counties. Space is limited to 20 participants. No charge for participants.
Parking pass required. Park in Lot "11" - you must purchase and display daily parking permit.
On-line sessions will also be required.
