
Postsecondary ServSafe® Manager Certification Class
This course is designed for adult learners who are current or aspiring food service professionals seeking to strengthen their knowledge of food safety principles and industry standards. Whether you are a manager, chef, food handler, or food business owner, this training provides the knowledge needed to support safe food handling practices and compliance with food safety regulations.
Participants will review food safety principles, sanitation and personal hygiene, foodborne illness prevention, safe food handling and storage practices, cleaning and sanitizing procedures, and time and temperature control. The course also includes preparation for the ServSafe® Manager Certification examination.
Taught by a certified ServSafe® instructor, the course prepares participants for the ServSafe® Manager Certification examination. Successful completion of the examination leads to a nationally recognized food safety certification.
Course Fee: $10 per class
