The San Bernardino County Regional Occupational Program (SBC ROP) provides hands-on training and career-focused education to help adult learners (18 and over) prepare for the workforce. Our program offers flexible learning options, including both online and in-person classes. These short-term courses are designed to help adults gain valuable skills and enter the job market quickly and confidently.

In addition to our career training courses, we also offer workshops that focus on essential workplace skills, resume building, interview preparation, and professional development — helping students take the next step toward career success.
