Centered on the Youth Employability Skills (YES!) framework, this training equips educators with practical, ready-to-use strategies for embedding essential 21st century skills such as communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and problem solving into daily instruction.
Presented by Christi McBride, co-author of Ready for the Workforce: Engaging Strategies for Teaching Secondary Learners Employability Skills. Participants will explore how to integrate these skills across Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathways and leave with strategies they can apply immediately to support student readiness for the workforce.
