This educational program is geared to high school students interested in learning about the judicial system or improving their skills in mock trial, public speaking or debate. The program features lectures on legal advocacy by UCLA faculty, individualized training by experienced college mock trial competitors, a chance to see real criminal trials at the Los Angeles Superior Court and a criminal mock trial competition among the student participants.

Student participants will be housed in the UCLA campus dormitories and will receive 2 units of UCLA college course credit (MGMT 88) for completing the program. This is a great opportunity to get a glimpse into the college experience and work with UCLA students & faculty while also improving their mock trial and public speaking skills.
