Workforce SBCSS, a department within the Innovation & Engagement Branch of the San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools, is dedicated to connecting to and educating for the World of Work.
Through innovative programs, strategic partnerships, and career-connected learning experiences, we support students, adult learners, educators, and industry partners in building a strong and thriving regional workforce.

Our Teams

Alliance for Education
The Alliance for Education focuses on building partnerships that connect education with industry and community.
Through collaboration, outreach, and regional initiatives, the Alliance works to align workforce needs with educational opportunities, creating systems that support long-term economic growth and opportunity.
SB County ROP
The San Bernardino County ROP provides hands-on, career technical education programs for both high school students and adult learners.
ROP programs focus on developing technical skills, workplace readiness, and industry certifications that prepare participants for immediate employment or continued education.
